Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel within assigned market segments of corporate group, business travel for local and national accounts, and airline business, using effective written and oral communication.
Develop and execute action plans to meet outlined revenue and solicitation goals.
Maintain prime selling time.
Conduct outside sales calls locally to pre-qualified prospects.
Review Hotelligence 360 reports for new account potential.
Represent the hotel in at least one community or industry organization.
Prepare information for, meet and entertain clients as appropriate. Conduct hotel site inspections.
Negotiate Local/National/Airline contracts
Select Corporate group markets
Previous Hotel Sales experience required
Delphi knowledge a plus
