The Guest Services Agent will serve as a Bell Person and Shuttle Driver. The responsibility of the Guest Services Agent is to create a welcoming first impression to our guests as they are usually the initial team member that greets the guest upon arrival. The primary function is to assist the guests with luggage, shuttle guests, act as door person, provide property orientation and tour, and provide general information as requested.
Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. Be a clear thinker, remain calm, and resolve problems using rational judgment. Prioritize and organize. Understand guest expectations and needs. Follow directions and instructions thoroughly. Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team. Work with minimal supervision. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data and information. Must possess a valid driver’s license with no violations.
Desirable: Experience in hospitality industry in similar position. Previous guest service training in a luxury resort environment. Familiarity with local area information.
