Barback - Lobby Bar - Loews Sapphire Falls Resort

Position Summary
Provides support to the Bartender and Beverage Server in all aspects of service by; stocking all service areas and maintaining adequate supplies through out the shift, cleaning and stocking all glassware: assisting with service of beverages; transportation of food trays to/from dining room, assist with cleaning all public areas.
Stocks and maintains supplies in all service areas
• Inspects and preparres all service ware prior to use
• Greets guest and assists Server with delivery of food
• May assist Server by removing soiled glasses and plates for large parties and during periods of heavy volume
• Cleans and stocks glassware
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of lounge and service areas
• Assist in completion of post shift clean up and side work duties
• Maintain clean and organzied storage space
Required Skills and Experience
Some knowledge of Wine & Spirits
High School Diploma or equivalent
One + years of expericence as a Barback in a high volume, upscale Hotel or Free standing lounge environment

Is polite, friendly and helpful tu guests, management and fellow employees
• Exceptional guest service skills
• Ability to stand, stoop, ben and lift items weighting up to 50 pounds repetitively during and entire shift
• Ability to work flexible shchedule to include weekends and holidays
