The position requires:

 2 years food and beverage experience in a hotel setting, strong knowledge of service standards.

Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.

Familiarity with following event orders and executing a successful event. 

Supervisory experience is required.

Acute guest relations skills are required.

TIPS certification is required
