Job Description

Job Duties: Responsible for setting up all the needed items in a banquet room for all functions. Responsibilities also include daily maintenance for all banquet front and back of the house areas.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: Stand & walk for varying lengths of time, sometimes for long periods. Lift, carry or push heavy equipment, moving hands & arms easily & quickly, moving up to fifty (50) pounds with frequent twisting, bending, lifting. Good communication skills and ability to carry out specific oral & written instructions are a must! Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Valid Food Handler card required before start of employment in banquets. Availability should include any day of the week for AM or PM shifts (7 days/wk or as needed to meet business demands), weekends and holidays a must. Must be willing to support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices and embrace our Declaration of Excellence.
