Assist the Director of Banquets and Assistant Banquet Manager in leading and facilitating the needs of the entire Banquet Department as well as the ability to work one on one with Group contacts, Meeting planners, Catering Sale Managers, Conference Service Managers, and the Executive or Banquet Chef.
To serve guests in a warm, professional and accommodating manner, meeting and exceeding our guests' service standards and expectations, while adhering to the direction from management, to maintain a positive work environment ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. Provides personalized service to guests in private functions, holiday events and other public dining areas by modeling the Banquet Department's Signature Service.
