Essential Responsibilities are but are not limited to:
-This position would cover banquet bars and on occasion, lobby bar.
-Mixing ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
-You will serve wine, bottled and draft beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and food.
-Collect money for drinks served.
-Orders and requisitions liquors and supplies.
-Places bottled goods and glasses to make an attractive display.
-Washes glasses, bar, and equipment.
-Stocks and replenishes glasses, beverages, mixes, fruit, and guest supplies.
-Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
-Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
-Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
-Local applicants will be considered first.
-Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
-Must be able to read, write and speak English.
-Requires strong organizational skills.
-Must be able to work independently.
-Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
-Able to lift, push, pull or carry at least 50 pounds.
-Excellent people skills.
-Must meet grooming standards.

-At least 21 years of age.
-Meet/exceed customer expectations.
-Computer experience strongly desired.
-Must meet or exceed the team expectations.
-An energetic personality.
-Must possess New Mexico Alcohol Certification card.
-High school degree or equivalent.
