Job Description

The Baker is responsible for preparation of pastry/baked goods for both a.m. and p.m. shifts in all venues of the resort.

The Baker I is responsible for the physical condition, cleanliness and profitability of the bakery. The Baker assists with the ordering of food product and training of new employees. The Baker will work with the Culinary Team to ensure the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
