This position will manage in our award winning Lobby Bar as well as in the acclaimed English Grill and In-Room Dining

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: driving revenue, organizing and conducting pre-shift and departmental meetings, scheduling and directing staff in their work assignments, creating forecast and revenue reports, maintaining profitability and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsible for interviewing, training, and directing of staff. The right candidate will be a poised and organized professional who has the ability to interact positively with customers and staff to create an exceptional dining experience. A flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Prior management experience in an upscale full-service restaurant or hotel, knowledge of food, wine and cocktails, a well-polished professional appearance, exceptional oral and written communication skills, able to stand for long periods of time/ carry more than 20 lbs/ work in a fast paced environment, must be organized and detailed oriented.
