Job Description

Position Description:

This position reports to the Front Office Manager and is accountable for the arrival and departure of guests in and out of the hotel while providing exceptional levels of customer service throughout the guests' stay. Act as Manager on Duty and responds to guest and emergency situations.

Responsibilities include;

* Ensure all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all company standards are being met.
* Responsible for the training and direction of new department associates.
* Ensure all Front Office quality standards are met and that policies and procedures are consistently applied.
* Work in conjunction with sales and accounting to insure proper handling and posting of revenues.
* Coordinate activities with other hotel departments in order to increase levels of communication and guest satisfaction.
* Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
* Supervise the activities and the service levels of the guest services and front desk staff.
* Perform associate related administrative duties as needed.

Requirements include;

* Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory or management experience in a hotel environment preferred.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Desire and ability to deliver outstanding customer service
* Preference for candidate with Hilton Brand or OnQ experience.
