This Assistant Manager of the Park Avenue Pub will be responsible for overseeing our daily operation. Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Quality Guest Care by themselves as well as service and coach staff members. 
  • Food and beverage service and adhering to quality standards.
  • High standards for attendance and appearance. Presenting a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Ongoing service training of all staff members with the ability to coach and direct to obtain the best results on all shifts.
  • Strong understanding of our POS system once trained.
  • Ability to handle all complaint situations and insure a positive resolution with all our guests.
  • A knowledge and awareness towards food, liquor, and beverage costs.
  • Strong money handling skills.



Job Requirements:

  • Able to work  mornings with shifts starting at 10:00am and able to work as late as 12:00pm
  • Must be available to work most weekends and possibly six days a week.
  • Available throughout all major holidays in the winter season.
  • Accountable for all guest care, food quality standards as well as 100% positive resolution on potential guest dissatisfactions.
  • Ability to coach and direct service staff and kitchen staff to achieve our brand standards with all guests.
  • Knowledge of food/liquor cost and maintaining controls and accountabilities of these areas of our operations.
  • Strong skills in money handling and prior POS knowledge is a plus.
