Job Description


Job OverviewThis position is responsible for selling and promoting the products and services of the golf club in the most professional manner. They will provide the highest level of customer service to ensure all members and guests have an unforgettable golfing experience.Essential Functions
  • Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival
  • Provide great service to all customers, vendors, and fellow staff in a professional manner
  • Sell and promote programs and memberships
  • Assist with merchandise displays, inventory, tagging, and pricing of merchandise
  • Assist with pre-tournament set up, outside tournament set up, scoring and tournament summaries
  • Assist with events
  • Keep golf shop neat and clean at all times
  • Keep front counter organized and stocked with supplies
  • Be responsible for handling cash, member charges, and balancing the register
  • Assist with supervision of the outside service staff
  • Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events
