Limited service hotel located in Richmond, KY is looking for a motivated, results oriented Assistant General Manager for immediate hire.
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel and Guest Experience.
Working directly with the Management team to manage all activities of the property including Operations, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Sales.
Resolving guest related issues in accordance with the company goals and policies.
Direct and manage the hotel operation to achieve maximum profitability, ensure guest satisfaction, protect the financial assets of the business and ensure maintenance of the building.
Responsibilities include directing and managing property operations to insure optimum performance and continual improvement.
Responsibilities also include,ensuring that quality standards are met in all areas of the hotel as it relates to the appearance, levels of maintenance, and cleanliness.
Establish and maintain preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the hotel.

Please note, this position requires at least 3+ years of previous experience as a Hotel Operations Manager, Hotel Assistant General Manager or Director of Rooms or 2+ years as a Hotel General Manager
