The Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington is searching for the ideal candidate to be our Assistant Front Office Manager to assist the Front Office Manager in leading our Front Office team. Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Front Office and Bellstaff to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

- Participate in total hotel management as and serving as Manager on Duty
- Respond to guests special requests, needs, problems, issues and concerns
- Accommodate groups to ensure optimal levels of satisfaction and repeat business
- Monitor and control daily revenues and expenses
- Supervise the Front Office and Bellstaff including interviewing, scheduling, training, developing, empowering, coaching and counseling, conducting performance reviews, resolving problems, providing open communication and recommending discipline as appropriate

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual who will lead by example. Prior Front Office management or supervisory experience is required. Experience with Hilton OnQ systems is preferred.

For each position, we require at least two positive verifiable references, a stable work history verified by a background check, a positive attitude, a willingness to be a team player, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.
