Assistant Food and Beverage Area Manager - Nautilus

Position Summary

The Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Area Manager to join our team.  Loews Miami Beach hotel is a 4 Diamond Luxury Beach Front Hotel with 790 rooms, 65,000 square feet of meeting space, and 7 Food & Beverage Outlets.  For more information on the Hotel, please visit www.loewshotels.com

This position is responsible for the overall management of Nautilus Restaurant, to include: staffing, training, scheduling employees, planning and coordinating al restaurant activities to ensure efficient operation of the department. Producing a quality product which exceeds the guest's expectations and hotel standards and is delivered in a friendly and professional manner.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years Food & Beverage experience with 1 of those in a management capacity
  • Must have experience in, and be able to train and motivate staff
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must be customer service oriented and have excellent hospitality skills
  • Must be flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
