What will you be doing?

You will be working closely with the Head of Facilities and take ownership of some services and assist with the control and responsibility for the delivery of planned and reactive service and maintenance of all services with the hotel, this will include mechanical, electrical and fabric building repairs. The primary duty is to ensure the smooth daily running of the hotel by proactively managing the facilities team and approved Sub Contractors to ensure that ongoing maintenance programmes for the hotel across the entire spectrum of assets i.e. Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, Water Treatment, Lighting, Power, Kitchen Equipment, Generators, Rooms, Lifts etc are being completed.

What are we looking for:
  • Proven experience in people management
  • Technical competence of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services.
  • IT literate .
  • Proven track record in Managing PPM and Reactive Works
  • Commitment to delivery of high standard of customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure
