Assistant Chief Engineer
Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the Assistant Chief Engineer is a building maintenance professional who has a strong desire grow their experience in leading a building maintenance team in a large luxury hotel. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, skilled, and resourceful leader who is passionate about service excellence and finding lasting solutions for complex issues. This leader is a coach who ensures accountability and fosters an environment of trust, fairness, fun, teamwork, productivity, personal excellence, and a sense of family. This leader is a bridge-builder who works collaboratively with other departments while making disciplined resource-allocation decisions.
