It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will help in the overall day to day operation, and long term outlook of the catering facilities. The Assistant Banquet Manager will help create a pleasant environment and experience for guests. In addition, this individual will have operational and financial responsibility for the overall Banquet operation. He/she is overseeing the overall organization, insuring the implementation and consistency of the company standards.
This position is accountable for overseeing all banquet functions by providing leadership and overall supervision to banquet staff while ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction while operating in the established budgets and goals.
The Assistant Banquet Manager reports to the Director of Banquets and supervises the Banquet department staff.
