Why Us Sage Hospitality is set to hire an Area Revenue Manager based at the soon to open DoubleTree Perimeter Center Atlanta overseeing the revenue management strategies of all Sage Premium Branded Hilton Hotels located in the Atlanta market. You will continue to evolve the positioning of the hotel’s to become the preferred destination in the market for travelers and group business alike. This role will report to the Senior Director of Revenue Management based at the Home Office in Denver, CO as well as partnering with collaborative executive committee teams that takes pride in excellence and is a great steward of the hotel and its community.
Your success will be measured by your ability to:
• Create and execute strategies and tactics that will result in achievement of optimized revenue, profit and RevPAR growth
•The ability to present business results and interface with a sophisticated ownership groups
• Work in collaboration with corporate executives, divisional staff and property General Managers to optimize revenue, profit and RevPAR growth
Our ideal candidate has proven revenue management experience in a full service hotel environment, a complete understanding of the strategic application of revenue management principals, expertise and proven track record in developing and deploying pricing strategies that increase market share, optimize revenue, profit and RevPAR growth. Brand experience Hilton revenue systems are preferred.
To maximize revenue, profit, and market share associated with rooms and function space for each property. Manages the processes associated with demand, revenue, forecasting, opportunity analysis, and inventory management.
With hotel’s leadership, determines and manages hotels sales strategy and pricing for transient, group, and catering.
Identifies future market and hotel opportunities and effectively communicates through the organization.

Excellent knowledge of transient, group, and catering customer segments.

Understands both Brand strategies and cultures and Independent Hotel positioning.
Knowledge of advanced revenue management techniques.
Sitting 85%, Walking 5%, Standing 5%, bending, kneeling, lifting, climbing 5%
Travel – 30-50% travel to hotel properties required.
Four year degree preferred.
A minimum of two years’ experience and proven revenue management or reservations experience. Multi-property experience strongly preferred.
Operate calculator, telephone, facsimile, computer and copier.
Prolonged sitting throughout entire shift at computerized workstation in office environment.
