OTO Development is pleased to present the position of AREA DIRECTOR OF SALES for several of our beautiful properties in Northern California.
The Area Director of Sales is responsible for growing existing accounts and generating new business to ensure that all area properties’ revenues meet or exceed budget, thereby maximizing profit and improving the hotel’s performance in the marketplace. The Area Director of Sales assists with hiring, training and supervising Directors of Sales, Sales Managers, Catering Managers and/or Sales Coordinators in all sales-related activities, including direct sales efforts, follow-up and proper sales administration.
This role currently supports 3 of our Bay area properties: Hilton Garden Inn in Palo Alto, CA, Springhill Suites in Belmont, CA and Courtyard in Redwood City, CA.
