About The Job
The role of Apartment Marketing Coordinator supports the Customer Service Department with excellent writing and market research skills and coordinating various projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Update building information
* Update building amenities
* Design and implement building promotional materials
* Design and implement apartment promotional material
* Design and implement workflow system changes
* Coordinate all aspects of printing
* Create and update promotional material as needed .
Education and/or Experience Required
AA Degree required; bachelors in Marketing and Communications preferred; one (1) year experience in a marketing communications environment.
Knowledge of enterprise wide databases and MS Office Suite required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of InDesign or other graphical display software a big plus.
