Aesthetician-Part Time

Position Summary

Responsible for performing a variety of skin care salon services in an exceptionally friendly, professional and efficient manner, commensurate with the demands of a world-class hotel.  Responsible for being knowledgeable on current techniques and styles and for maintaining the cleanliness and physical appearance of the work area.

Job Specific

  • Prepare room for guests arrival and stock room for daily services
  • Promptly greets guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner and escorts guest to appropriate treatment room
  • Provides services in an exceptionally timely, thorough and professional manner
  • Prepare skin regiment prescription for guest
  • Present guest with water
  • Performs services keeping guest satisfaction a priority, while running on time for next guest appointment
  • Maintains pleasant and professional conversation throughout service, reading the mood of the guest
  • Escorts guest to check out; locker room or relaxation room if additional services are being provided
  • Becomes familiar with guest names and acknowledges them by name
  • Serves each guest on a one-to-one basis with utmost courtesy
  • Personalizes all services and anticipates guest requests whenever possible
  • Constantly displays outstanding communication and guest relations skills
  • Process dirty linens
  • Demonstrates a professional attitude in all interactions with guests, hotel staff, and vendors – both in face to face discussions and over the telephone
  • Interact with all levels of staff, ranging from hourly employees to executives in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner
  • Maintains a positive attitude toward Loews and the job being performed
  • Adheres to all Loews, Hotel and Spa standards, policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience


  • Current license in accordance with the State Board
  • Minimum three to five years experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Outstanding skills in this field

Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
