Candidate will be responsible for the following:
Must have the ability to coordinate multiple tasks
Must be computer literate specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Excellent communication skills: written/verbal
Must be highly organized and have the ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; telephone skills, customer service oriented, proactive and a team player
Detail groups and events booked by the Sales Manager
Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, opening and sorting mail, answer telephones according to hotel standards.
All other responsibilities assigned by management
Proficiency in reading, writing and orally of the English language
Must have a high school education or equivalent experience
Preferred 2 or 4 year college degree. Emphasis in Hospitality a huge plus.
Able to work alone without direct supervision
Demonstrate high degree of drive and determination
