Job Description:

Provide administrative support for the Outlet and Banquet departments, including, filing, payroll, time edits, answering telephones, printing/reports and departmental records/logs.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of Payroll Reports.
Maintain Department Calendar.
Prepare Gratuity Distribution Reports
Assist with ordering and inventory of supplies including wine and beverage.
Control of pick-up and delivery of mail.
Complete engineering work-orders.
Assist with purchase orders and purchase order reconciliations.
Processing of BEO’s and BEO reconciliation.
Labeling of Food Menus
Represent Food and Beverage in BEO meetings
Revision of Events Recaps
Tracking and processing of Time Off Requests
Maintain bulletin boards and Associate communication channels
Filing and maintenance of reports.
Responsible for minutes at department meetings.
Special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to clearly communicate with proper grammar in English with guests/visitors and Hotel personnel to their understanding.
Ability to provide legible communication.
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
Knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point programs.

Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Operation of a 4 star Hotel.
1 year Administrative experience.

High school graduate.
