To provide administrative assistance to engineering and security operations. Responsibilities include assisting in: the full upkeep of the preventative maintenance, including the keeping of logs on work done, and projects and other related tasks; the procurement of supplies and the issuance of purchase orders; coordinating and reviewing work orders by priorities; maintaining up-to-date inventories of heat, light & power and repair and maintenance supplies; responding to guest requests; working with the staff on a shift basis and coordinating their activities; safety team activities and safety and security systems and procedures; purchasing and inventory and payroll.
