We are seeking qualified candidates for an Activities Director in Long Key, FL, at one of our beautiful RV resorts, with a proven track record of leading daily interactions with guests, staff, peers and vendors in a fast pace, guest facing environment with solid resolution skills and a proven ability to successfully multitask while scheduling and executing a comprehensive Activities Program.

Job Duties Included:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive Resort Activities Program.

* Distribute Professionally Written Weekly & Monthly Activities Calendars, Flyers & Collateral.

* Monitor and manage an Activities' budget.

* Maintains open communication with General Manager, Assistant General Manager and staff at all times.

* Host daily, weekly and monthly Activities events.

* Attract new customers and guests through active marketing, excellent customer service, and adding value to the vacation experience of our guests.

* Represents Company in a professional manner at all times.

* Attends and participates in training programs as requested.

* Assists, coach & mentor other staff members as needed.

* Drives motorized vehicle on or off property for company business.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements are:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree Preferred.

* 3 plus years of experience in hospitality, RV experience preferred.

* 2 plus years of Activities or Event Planning preferred.

* Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, and other web based applications including email & Power Point with the ability to create professionally written Program Calendars, Flyers and Collateral.

* Strong communication skills.

* Valid driver’s license and good driving record with proof of insurance.
