We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Director of Activities and Recreation at our RV and camping resort in Idyllwild, CA. Season runs from May 15th to September 15th. The successful candidates assist in recreational activities by ensuring their proper coordination and execution.

Job Duties include:

* Plan and schedule weekend and weekday events and activities for children and adults

* Prepare provisions for events, including arranging for food and beverages, craft supplies, booking entertainers, etc

* Keep bulletin boards updated each week advertising events both in park and local

* Prepare weekly schedule of events and activities for guest packets distributed by the Ranger Station

* Monitor and clean lodge. Keep recreational equipment clean, up to date and in stock

* Maintain open and professional communication with management, guests, and vendors

* Work a flexible schedule

* Remain professional and friendly in attitude at all times

* Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements include:

* 1-3 years experience in a recreational activities role

* Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to details are required

* Computer literacy in: MS Office Suite and Google Programs

Onsite living arrangements are possible for RV owners.
