Why Us Sage Hospitality is set to hire an Accounting/HR Manager to join the leadership team at the new AC Hotel Portland scheduled to open in January 2017.

AC Hotels encompass Spanish roots, European soul and a global mindset. A timelessly modern hotel at an unusually smart value lifestyle brand. The 204-key AC Hotel by Marriott will contain the AC lounge and bar, AC library, media salons, meeting space, boardroom and fitness center.

Posting Overview

Assists with the supervision and coordination of the accounting operations in the hotel. Compiles, reviews, reconciles, prepares and analyzes entries to facilitate the bookkeeping function. Assists with the processing of financial statements and other reports to ensure accurate, timely information. Manages property HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and employee onboarding as well as employee relations and recognition.

Education/Formal Training

A four year college degree (Accounting preferred) or equivalent education/experience.


Experience required by position is from one to two full years of employment in related position with this company or other organizations.

Material/Equipment Used

Computers, Microsoft Office, 10 key calculator, phones; 95-100% of work period.
