ABOUT THE JOB

Under the leadership of the Director of Food & Beverage, you'll spend 10 weeks rotating through Food & Beverage Outlets, including at our limited-service restaurant, Adobe, and our full-service restaurant, Mustangs & Burros. You'll get mentorship, collaboration, a good overview of how a hotel operates during its busiest season, and the ability to get hands-on experience at a luxury resort property. You'll also have an opportunity to network with hotel and corporate executives, and build relationships with peers over the summer and beyond.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree at an accredited institution of higher learning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Academic, volunteer, or previous work experience in Food & Beverage a plus
  • Proven passion for hospitality
  • 3rd year student preferred
