Unit Description

The Regional Support Manager supports various accounts in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

 

Qualifications for the Regional Retail Manager include prior management experience in a retail food service operation. Strong computer skills including MS Office products, ServSafe certification and menu planning experience, registered dietitian highly sought after.

 

In this highly visible role, you will direct and participate in all of the daily food Café’s, catering and possible Patient Meal services.

 

 Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Supervising front line staff in the daily café operations
  • Ensure consistency in service quality and food presentation
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu development
  • Cash handling/management 
  • Working with unit financials
  • HR Functions
  • Training
  • Direct customer interactions

Position Summary

Maintains food quality and customer service in a cash handling retail food operation that includes branded concepts, in-house formats and signature designs. May assume General Manager's (GM) responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/Human Resources (HR) functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
