The ideal candidate has open availability -- however, must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or at least work two of three weekend days. Primarily nights (4pm - 11:30pm), though morning shifts are also a possibility (5am - 1pm or 7am - 2pm). Key responsibilities include cooking on the line, prepping for banquet and the line, working breakfast shift and help put up grocery when they come in. This candidate must have high standards of sanitation and cleanliness and that they are maintained throughout the kitchen at all times and consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling procedures. Proficiency at cleaning, organizing, and prepping are all necessary tasks in order to complete the job done. And most importantly attentively engaging with our guests to ensure they have a wonderful stay with us in Nashville! If you are cool under pressure for dealing with busy nights and have a strong work ethic to keep productive for slow nights this could be just the job for you! Cooking experience is greatly appreciated. Radisson is also a great place to learn new skills, so even if you don't have prior cooking experience (but are willing to learn), we are willing to teach you, so don't be shy!
