Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 for a Long Term Care  Hospital in Buffalo, NY

 

HighPoint on Michigan is a 300 bed union community..  In this highly visible managerial role, you will be responsible for all of the food contract operations that has a cook chill meal delivery system Catering and Patient Meal services utilizing are very important. Responsibilities will include:  working with all unit financial/budgets, cash control, strategic planning, training and development of both an hourly and management team, establishing and maintaining a positive Client relationship, HR functions and direct supervision of 45 hourly associates 3 managers and this is a union location.

 

Please note all candidates for this lead role in Long Term Care will need to have have one of the following credentials in order to be considered: a 4 year Degree in either Food & Hospitality or Nutrition Services or be a Certified Dietary Manager with the appropriate years of relevant experience.

 

The successful candidate will have at least 4 years food management experience on a senior level, a strong financial acumen, the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills,and a passion for a high level of customer service. Prior health-care and New Account Start-Up experience would be a plus in this role.
