Unit Description

Sodexo isseeking a hands-on and detail orientedGeneral Manager 3 - Food for a new Corporate Services account located outsideOmaha, NE.  Sodexo will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week via two cafes within this call center and office setting.  We will also provide a mirco-market and catering services. The total managed volume for this account will be about $1.5MM.

The best qualified candidate will have excellent client relations and interpersonal skills, 3-5 years of prior General Manager experience in a contract food service environment, fluency in POS systems, and strong financial acumen and Profit and Loss experience.
