It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will take full responsibility for the Management and Leadership of the Garde Manger/Culinary/F&B operation and of the hotel.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning of all food requisition in a timely Manner are required
- Follow Amenity Program
- Being supportive to the Team, Teach and Learn
- All Gardemanger essentials
- Ice & Vegetable Carvings
- Control the Effort of superior Cleanness thru out all Culinary Departments
- Communicating between all departments to support there efforts
- Coordination of all Banquet Events
- Ensure food standards and presentation are maintained and always improved
- Organize food production in an cost effective and hygienic manner
Education and Training
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two year degree or Apprenticeship
- Up to Date Sanitation Classes
Experience and Skill Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in a high volume establishment
