Sodexo is seeking a Retail Food Operations Director (Food Operations Manager 2) to oversee retail food operations at Creighton Universitylocated inOmaha, NE.

Food operations include retail and resident dining options, convenience store, catering and concessions. Reporting to the Food Operations Director, this position will oversee retail & concessions outlets on campus (13 in total) including a newly-opened Starbuck's location. This position will oversee three retail managers as well as a concessions supervisor & purchasing assistant. Qualified candidates will display self-motivated ambition, be team-focused and have strong leadership attributes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- College/University food service management experience preferred.
- Experience managing multiple fast food service units and working with Brands experience.
- Cash handling experience.
- Experience leading and training a retail food service staff, including salaried managers.
- Proven record of client satisfaction and strong communication skills.
- Strong financial ability.
