Sodexo Corporate Services is looking forFood Operations Managerto join our team inFargo, ND. Our food operation consists of 2 cafes which includes catering and coffee services. In addition to a culinary background, this position requires strong organizational skills, ability to lead a team and give direction.
This position will report to the General Manager, the position will be assisting with menu creation, food production documentation, manage team members BOH and FOH.
- Managing cash sales, food production, catering, ordering including planning and controls
- Ensuring Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality
- Labor and food cost control
- Menu planning
- Inventory Management
- Coaching, training and development of the culinary staff
