Seeking a high Profile Executive Chef with a minimum of 7 years experience in Sports Areas, Conventions Centers and Hotels.
Must have clear understanding of P & L, computer savvy and be able to manage salaried and hourly employees in a union and non-union environment.
Highly polished and creative who is not camera shy and is familiar working with sponsorships and subcontractors.
Must be available to travel and prefer local candidates.
Familiar with Concerts, Music Festivals, Monster truck shows and Auto Shows
