Sodexo Aviationhas an exciting opening for aHead Chefrole. This Chef will be responsible for the culinary production for the American Airlines Admiral Flagship loungeoffering high end meal service daily to the exclusive club guests.
You will have an upscale corporate menu cycle to prepare daily. And will be responsible for hiring, training & managing the Sodexo flagship service team, ordering product, managing the inventory process, as well as maintaining the sanitary guidelines as stipulated by local, and federal requirements.
This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on, well rounded chef that works well with others, has a passion for service, the presence and patience to interact well with staff, clients and guests.

Designs, supervises, coordinates and participates in activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel in a medium to large account. This position is recognized as the technical expert, teacher and trainer for other chefs and cooks within the account. Selects and develops recipes and other items for clients. Develops menu, implements and trains HACCP, oversees/purchases food, establishes production levels and inventory controls, interviews and hires new chefs, manages/controls food cost issues and offer solutions, may train other chefs outside account. May cook selected items, and plan or price menus. Typically has chefs and cooks reporting to this position.
