Sodexo is seeking a Multi-talented candidate, that will manage employees in the Housekeeping, Custodial and Laundry department. Responsibilities include: managing staff at the nursing home facility, providing training, processing documents, events planning, and equipment and supplies inventories, maintaining quality, payroll, staff screening, meet state and federal regulations on a daily basis. Client engagement and patient satisfaction is essential for the success of this role. Responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing of routine maintenance operations. Trains and leads the ES/custodial staff to maintain an orderly, safe, and efficient operation. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
This position is an entry level Operations manager position with the potential of upward leadership, development and growth. it reports to the General Manager and will lead a team of 22 employees, we are looking for someone that is very customer service oriented and high energy to lead our first shift. This is afirst shift position(7:30 –4:00).
This is a Regional Operations Support (ROS) position that will provide support.The position timeline is up to 1 year, however it could lead to a permanent position at any time.Position will require flexibility and strong technical knowledge.Position Summary
Number two position at the account with responsibility for all operations. Assumes GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Supervises managers. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
