Sodexo is seeking an experienced Chef ManagerforHazelden, a world recognized substance abuse addiction treatment center in Plymouth, MN. The Chef Manager will be responsible for the day to day food prep and production process including ordering and inventory, scheduling, employee relations and managing a team of 10 front-line employees. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills, knowledge of Sodexo’s Food Management System (FMS), Market Connections and solid HACCP skills.

This position is the leader for an account/unit chef/production group. This position is in smaller accounts/units where there is not a Executive Chef or Food Production Manager.
