What will I be doing?

As Chef de Partie you will work across sections and will include service for banqueting, bars and in room dinning. The role is reporting into Junior Sous or Head Chef on shift to ensure high levels of food preparation to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Your role will also include managing Apprentice Chefs, Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Partie on your section.

We are all about fresh, quality and locally sourced produce, we are looking for a Chef de Partie that has experience working in a similar standard of Restaurant as they will be responsible for a section between our team of 25-30 chefs in the culinary department.
