Sodexo is seeking aCatering Manager 4 for our Corporate Services segment! This role will be responsible for managing catering at a high volume account that offers cateing at mulitple locations including off-site locations in the New Jersey area. The ideal candidate will have excellent client and customer service skills, be able to multi-task, lead by example and directing employees in a fast paced environment.The best qualified candidate will be innovative, work well with others and be flexible. There is daily contact with clients.
Off-premise catering experience helpful; this is a hands-on position.
This account is high volume and also has high profile catering to an executive audience. This unit will cater multiple events at the same in different locations on the campus. Overall volume is approximatly 50-60 deliveries per day and sales volume is $2.5M. High quality and excellent customer service is a primary focus. All catering will be placed through Catertrax, a Sodexo on line catering system. Supervision also includes a grab 'n go café, meals for a Child Development Center and the campus office coffee program.

Provides supervision for catering services at an account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company. Implements business practices order to uphold Company mission and values. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit contribution through the implementation of services and creation of opportunities for growth. Plans projects, including defining objectives, methods, timetables and budget to support client and Sodexo's strategic plan. Provides creativity and innovation to develop services and offerings that consistently evolve to drive customer and client satisfaction. Effectively engages with client partners at the highest level of the client organization to drive client confidence and loyalty.
