About the role
In your newrole you will work alongside the Assistant Food & Beverage Services Manageri/c Catering and assist in managing the operations and performance of the CateringOperations Department. You will supportyour team with daily activities, and ensuring brand service standards are metto the highest quality. You will lead by example to ensure a consistent highlevel of service is achieved for a wide variety of events and ensure all eventsrun smoothly and efficiently for our guests. You will enjoy working as part ofa large team, in a fast-paced environment, on a rotating shift basis.

Assistin the management and support of daily Catering and Event Activities
Briefand manage the team, ensuring that brand standards are met and guest expectationsare exceeded, in order to meet departmental targets
Resolveconflicts and issues where necessary
Trainand develop team members
Ensure your teammaintains a professional manner and are up to date with VIP guest movements,all hotel events, local attractions and activities

Atleast 2 years experience in a Catering and Events Supervisory or AssistantManagement role, preferably in a hotel environment
Must have acurrent and valid Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
Fluentin the English language in order to communicate professionally with guests andteam members, both in person and over the telephone
Apassion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Demonstratedability to resolve problems and conflict, and work efficiently under pressure
Well-presented,organised and calm personality
It would beadvantageous for you to demonstrate the following capabilities:
