Harper Associates has been retained to assist our client in their Catering & Special Events Department. The Catering Manager is responsible for planning meetings, banquets and special events for members and sponsored guests. Will also assist Catering Director as required. Will prepare BEOs. Desire extensive knowledge of food and beverage etiquette, guest relations and service standards. Must have an outgoing personality and polished image.
Primarily a Tuesday-Saturday work schedule. Prefer Hospitality Degree. Computer knowledge of Microsoft Windows based programs required. Experience with Jonas is preferred.

Candidates with ties to Michigan preferred.
