High end, downtown lounge is seeking a full time Assistant General Manager to join our team.
Leading and developing a strong team.
Oversee company policy compliance.
Assist with labor, beverage, food, and supply cost control and ordering.
Ensure safety and DOH compliance.
Review staff performance and give supportive feedback.
Oversee and manage nightly operations on the floor.
Liaise with guests and VIPs to ensure guest satisfaction and build loyal clientele.
Daily cash control procedures and sales reporting.
Detail oriented and able to multi task.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to demonstrate effective leadership qualities.
NYC nightlife experience.
Willingness to go above and beyond to enhance the guest experience.
Able to keep a calm and level head under times of stress.
Effective conflict resolution and problem solving.
Ability to balance fun and professionalism to enhance the guest experience.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Proficient and familiar with POS systems – Aloha experience a plus.
Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage.
