Reporting to the Area Director of Sales and Marketing, the Area Sales Manager is responsible for soliciting new accounts, within the designated markets, while also maintaining and nurturing existing relationships, with the objective of meeting, and surpassing, their assigned guest room and food & beverage and revenue goals. Through effective relationship building and account management they will deliver the highest levels of guest service and will ensure ongoing client satisfaction. They will be creative, energetic, and knowledgeable professional, and will be fundamental to the ongoing success of the hotel.
The Front Office Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operations of the front desk and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role requires supervisory skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment while providing excellent service. Duties include greeting and directing guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing guest assistance.
The Breakfast Server ensures knowledge of the menu, responds to guests in a timely friendly and efficient manner. Remains attentive to our guests throughout their dining experience, always adhering to our service standards ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for processing all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests. Secure payment; activate/reissue room keys. Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions. Verify/adjust billing for guests. Communicate with appropriate staff when guests are waiting for an available room. Advise guest of messages. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns. File guest paperwork or documentation. Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.
We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests. Room attendant responsibilities include changing towels, making beds and cleaning bathrooms. You will also address clients’ queries and make sure our rooms are fully stocked, clean and always inviting.
