  To assist in the daily coordination of Housekeeping assignments to department staff, ensuring prompt and efficient operations

• Housekeeping Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Guest Room Attendant position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in each guest room. Room Attendants refresh rooms for guests who are continuing their stay, as well as, thoroughly clean rooms of guests who have checked out in preparation for the next guest checking in.

• Base Lodge Cleaner (Housekeeping)

  The Base Lodge Cleaneris responsible for cleaning of the Ski Base Lodge.To clean and bus all tables in the base lodge, vacuum all floors, clean and restock bathrooms, and empty all trash from base lodge.

• Bartender - Hotel (Bartender/Mixologist)

  This position delivers prompt, friendly, courteous service to guests, ensuring that all orders for guests and servers are done accurately and in a timely manner.

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  This team member will ensure the appropriate checking in and checking out of guests in a courteous and professional manner while maintaining four star/four diamond standards and the accurate completion of the night audit process. Additionally, they will be responsible for handling guest issues and forwarding along as needed. Working the overnight shift, this person will serve as the Manager on Duty at times.

• Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

  Responsible for delivering excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests, providing personalized service, anticipating and delivering guests’ needs. The Server comprehends the food and beverage menus and serves food and drinks to our guests directly.

• Manager (Guest Services)

  The main purpose of the Overnight Front Office Manager is providing the correct and appropriate checking in and checking out of guests and providing services to these guest in a courteous and professional manner. The Overnight Front Office Manager will work closely with the Director of Front Office on all overnight procedures. They should also be familiar with the A.M. and P.M. checklist

• Rooms Leader in Development (Rooms Division)

  The Leader In Development (LID) program is a Management Training Program directed to entry level candidates with a Bachelors Degree or equivalent to develop their management skills by training them in all aspects of Housekeeping and Rooms Division operations. The person selected will spend a portion of their time working in other departments of the hotel. This position is intended to last for one year, so candidates must be able to relocate upon completion of the program.

• Grounds Supervisor (Engineering/Maintenance)

  To ensure hotel property is well maintained and reflects an image of outstanding quality.

• Pastry Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  To produce and serve quality baked goods,pastries and breads consistent with established standards and to a level necessary to meet production needs.

  Oversee incoming and outgoing packages and ensure their prompt delivery to necessary location or persons.
