• Massage Therapist (Spa)

• Bar Traza / Splash Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Sous Chef will assist in the overall operation of the culinary team and will be responsible for the culinary operation in the absence of the Executive Chef and/or Executive Sous Chef. Partnering withF&B management, this individual is responsible for executingorders, andensuringa quality experience for hotel guests. 

• Golf Maintenance - Irrigation Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Irrigation Technician will report to the Managing Superintendent of Golf Courses and Grounds. This individual is responsible for assisting the Irrigation Foreman with the programming, operation and maintenance of the golf course irrigation system, which is inclusive of pump station, controllers, in ground, computers and hand-held units.

• Assistant Director of Housekeeping (Housekeeping)

  The Assistant Director,Housekeepingwill assist in the management, direction, and coordination of all functions of the housekeeping and laundry departments.  To maintain impeccable levels of cleanliness and upkeep.  To ensure cost controls are in place.

• Lifeguard (Recreation/Entertainment)

  We expect our guests to have fun in the sun, but safety is always number one! The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all our guests at the pool. Lifeguards will maintain a diligent watch over families and children, enforcing rules with the right balance of firmness and politeness. Lifeguards need to be ready at all times to perform life-saving functions. Lifeguards may also perform all the functions and responsibilities of Pool Attendants as assigned.

• Pool Guest Service Agent (Recreation/Entertainment)

  Pool Guest Services Attendant facilitatefun and enjoyment for our Resort Guests and Members. They work primarily outdoors in the sunshine alongsideadults,familiesand children. Attendantsare responsible forthesafety and cleanliness ofpoolfacilities,stockingneededsuppliesand fulfillingguestneeds through anticipatory service.

  Maintain equipment and dishwashing areas clean and organized.

• Marshal Player Assistant (Recreation/Entertainment)

  Assure that all guest and members have an enjoyable golf experience by displaying interactive customer service. Manage pace of play, assist guests with golf course knowledge, fill divots and repair ball marks.

• Golf Maintenance -Mechanic (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Under supervision, assist in the repair and maintenance of motorized equipment; independently do mechanical repair and maintenance work; do related work as required.

• Greenskeeper (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Greenskeeper I position is responsible for maintaining the golf courses, including the turf and surrounding grounds as directed by the Golf Course Superintendents.

• Banquet Cook 2 (Catering/Banquet)

  The Line Cook 2 ensures all food is prepared in a timely manner and made according to the menu specifications. Works and communicates effectively with all other kitchen personnel.

• Banquets Sous Chef (Catering/Banquet)

  Assistant to the Banquet Chef. Maintaining food quality and to assist wherever needed to insure proper completion of banquet functions.

• Bar Traza Host Greeter (Food & Beverage)

  Responsible for delivering excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests, providing personalized service, anticipating and delivering guests’ needs. The Host comprehends the restaurant operation and seats our guests with a friendly demeanor keeping their expectations and the needs of the operation in mind.

• Bobs Server (Food & Beverage)

  The Bob's Server will be responsible to wait on tables promptly, courteously and to serve the guest in any way possible. To follow, enforce, comply and adhere to all Bob’s Steak & Chop House rules, policies, procedures, standards and recipes at all times.
