• Assistant Spa Manager (Spa)

  The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the spa operations with the Director of Spa and Spa Manager.

• Executive Pastry Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  This individual will work under the direction of the Resort Executive Chef and help create sensational pastry experience for our guests as well as ensure we maintain an efficient operation.  The Executive Pastry Chef will supervise, train, develop and coach the Pastry Team to success and assist in the implementation of new initiatives. The Executive Pastry Chef will also help manage the financials of the department.

• Engineering CARE Technician - Class 3 (Engineering/Maintenance)

  This role will ensure that our resort is well-maintained and reflects an image of outstanding quality.

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  This team member will be responsible for providing a five-star welcome and departure experience to each guest, as well as, serving as ambassadors throughout the guest’s stay. Front Desk Agents make the first impression upon our guests by extending a warm welcome, providing information about the resort and local area, and offering our full range of upscale resort amenities and services to them. Front Desk Agents are also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special requests. They work closely with all hotel departments especially our Concierge, Bell-Door and Ideal Services teams.

• Lift Maintenance Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Perform routine maintenance as needed on all ski lifts according to industry and manufacture recommendations.

• Ski Cashier Attendant (Recreation/Entertainment)

  The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for ensuring that all guest concerns are resolved according to company standards.

• Ski Rental Attendant (Recreation/Entertainment)

  The Ski Rental Attendant is responsible for assisting guests in obtaining rental equipment for the Mountain Lodge Operations and is expected to ensure proper fitting for skis, boots, snowboards and accessories.

• Ski Patrol (Security)

  Ski Patrol is responsible for the overall safety and security of the snow sports area and is expected to check all open trails for hazards, bamboo placed if needed and/or removed in snow making areas, removing any obstructions on open terrain and report snow conditions to lead patrol/hill captain, lift supervisor, and Director of Recreation. All Ski Patrol team members are responsible for responding immediately to emergency incidents.

• Snowboard Instructor (Recreation/Entertainment)

  To service and teach Alpine Snowboardingto guest and clients of all ages and abilities, providing an exceptional experience at The Omni Homestead Resort, providing best guest service based on Omni Service Standards

• Ski Instructor (Recreation/Entertainment)

  To service and teach Alpine Skiingto guest and clients of all ages and abilities, providing an exceptional experience at The Omni Homestead Resort, providing best guest service based on Omni Service Standards

• Tubing Hill Operations Attendant (Recreation/Entertainment)

  The Tubing Hill Operations Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guests are informed about scheduled activities at the tubing hill. This outdoor position is fast-paced and active, requiring excellent customer service skills. The attendant is also responsible for handling cash transactions and executing daily closing procedures, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

• Engineering Kitchen Technician – Class 1 (Engineering/Maintenance)

  This team member will manage day-to-day operations in the F&B operation, stewarding departmental processes, budget cost controls, departmental staffing, and inventory controls.  Manage and maintain cleanliness in dish rooms, kitchens, bar areas, back docks, maintenance, and proprietary night cleaning in accordance to health department policy and Omni expectations. Also stands in for the Executive Steward in his absence. 

• Engineering Laundry Technician - Class 1 (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Previous maintenance experience required, hotel experience and training preferred. 

• Engineering Powerhouse Technician - Class 1 (Engineering/Maintenance)

  To ensure the Steam/Power Plant is well maintained and reflects and image of outstanding quality.

• Ski Lift Operations Attendant (Recreation/Entertainment)

  Overview:To ensure that the hotel guest, associates, and snow sports area property are maintained in a safeand secure environment. To ensure the loading and unloading ramps are at proper heights, aid inguest loading and unloading, and maintain the proper function of the lift during operation hours.
