• J1 Intern - Cook (Internships)

  The Production cook provides technical and administrative assistance to the Executive Sous Chef and ensures effective operation of the kitchen and food production outlets.

• Loss Prevention Supervisor (Security)

  The Loss Prevention Officer ensures the safety and tranquil stay of hotel guests and employees, to enforce the policies and procedures of the hotel and to record in writing any assigned task. Prepare incident and accident reports accurately and in the format specified by the Director of Loss Prevention.

• In Room Dining Order Taker (Food & Beverage)

  To properly take all guests' R/S orders, communicate them to the servers and work to expedite their service. To properly perform all control and revenue related paperwork.

• Bellperson (Guest Services)

  To provide assistance and services for guests, as well as the hotel, in order to ensure pleasurable accommodations.

• Executive Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Overall responsibility for the efficient andeffective running of the kitchen and food production outlets, ensuring operatingcosts are minimized. Responsible for the execution of all Omni Hotel andcompany policies/procedures, ensuring that all services provided achieve theestablished standards, within the agreed budgetary controls. To advise the Food and Beverage Director onall matters relating to the kitchen area. In conjunction with the Executive Steward, ensure a high standard ofcleanliness and hygienic practice throughout the kitchen.

• Banquet Cook 1 (Catering/Banquet)

  Provide high quality standards and procedures in preparing/serving all banquet food.

• Assistant Manager- Whiskey & Rye (Food & Beverage)

  To provide proper training and supervision of all personnel including supervisors. To insure prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures. To ensure the overall success of the restaurant by guest satisfaction surveys and utilizing financial controls in Whiskey & Rye.

• Station Attendant (Food & Beverage)

  To prepare all hot/cold food items in both Banquets and Restaurants. Be responsible for consistency and quality production and ensure all food is served according to specification.

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  Overview: Front Desk Agents are responsible for providing a five-star welcome and departure experience to each guest, as well as, serving as ambassadors throughout the guest’s stay. Front Desk Agents make the first impression upon our guests by extending a warm welcome, providing information about the hotel and local area, and offering our full range of upscale hotel amenities and services to them. Front Desk Agents are also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special requests. They work closely with all hotel departments especially our Concierge, Bell-Door and Ideal Services teams.

• Massage Therapist (Spa)

  To provide and maintain the highest standards of massage therapy, body treatments and recommendations for home care, daily operational procedures, overall excellent guest care, creating a feeling of rest and relaxation for our guests, resulting in high retention and increased treatments and retail sales for the Mokara Spa at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel.
